Recently, Shandong Luqi Hoisting Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Luqi Hoisting Machinery")
has completed the full acceptance and delivery of the customized 300t supercapacitor electric flatcar for the customer.
The successful implementation of this equipment not only proves Luqi Hoisting Machinery’s technological strength
in the field of heavy-duty special transport equipment,
but also injects strong impetus into the efficient and green transformation of the customer’s industrial production process.
The 300t supercapacitor electric flatcar delivered this time is a turnkey project
tailored by Luqi Hoisting Machinery according to the customer’s actual working conditions.
Adopting supercapacitor power supply technology, the equipment has an effective capacity of ≥ 75 kWh,
a cycle charging life of up to 50,000 times, and a charging time of ≤ 20 minutes,
making it ideal for high-load and high-frequency operation scenarios such as steelmaking.
It meets the IP65 dustproof and waterproof standard
and can operate stably in a wide temperature range from -35℃ to 65℃,
fully meeting the customer’s strict production environment requirements.
In terms of core configuration, the electric flatcar adopts four-wheel drive variable frequency control,
equipped with 4 variable frequency motors of ≥ 15 kW each.
The operating speed is adjustable from 2 to 20 m/min,
with a positioning accuracy of ± 15 mm, ensuring precise and safe heavy load transportation.
The wheels are forged from 42CrMo material,
with surface quenching treatment on the tread and inner side of the rim,
reaching a hardness of HB 300–380 and a hardened layer depth of 15–20 mm,
which greatly improves the wear resistance and service life of the equipment.
In addition, the flatcar is equipped with dual operation modes:
wireless remote control and control cabinet.
It is also fitted with an acousto-optic alarm system
(early warning when power is below 30%, automatic shutdown below 15%)
and an emergency aviation plug,
comprehensively ensuring operational safety and continuous operation.
Since the start of the project, Luqi Hoisting Machinery has strictly followed the philosophy of
"Integrity · Communication · Cooperation · Win-Win".
From on-site investigation and drawing design in the early stage,
manufacturing, assembly and pre-acceptance in the factory in the middle stage,
to on-site installation, commissioning and personnel training in the later stage,
the whole process was carried out efficiently.
The total project cycle is 150 calendar days,
including 100 days for manufacturing, 30 days for installation and commissioning,
and 20 days for trial operation and acceptance.
All procedures were successfully completed as scheduled.
Before delivery, the customer and our company completed multiple tests
including no-load operation, load test and safety performance inspection
in accordance with the Acceptance Specification.
All indicators met or exceeded the contractual requirements.
To ensure that the customer’s operators can master the equipment operation and maintenance skills,
Luqi Hoisting Machinery carried out special theoretical and practical training,
covering the working principle, electrical control logic,
daily inspection and maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting methods.
We also provided a complete set of technical documents,
including mechanical drawings, electrical schematics,
annotated PLC programs, and operation and maintenance manuals,
providing solid technical support for the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
